Under the aegis of AUTO i CARE, India’s foremost roadside assistance provider, KICK-EV, one of the newest entries in the electric 2-wheeler category, is all prepared to debut electric 2-wheeler “Smassh,” An economical, trustworthy commuting partner, this fiscal.

To that end, KICK-EV is pleased to introduce “Smassh” to the Indian market, which provides 5 years of free after-sales care for all KICK-EV motorcycles in all models. We have already created a strong network of connected service centres around the country with AUTO-i-CARE. This will relieve our customers of the worry of locating the nearest servicing centre and allow them to enjoy the pleasures of riding their bikes. KICK-EV seeks to encourage more people to buy electric vehicles, reducing India’s reliance on fossil fuels.
The brand philosophy will remain faithful to its roots, which are great after-sales services for its customers. Building on this, KICK-EV will set the tone for FY23-’24 with EV transition, releasing a range of new electric 2-wheelers ranging in power from 2000 watts to 5000 watts. “Smassh” has an astonishing range of 160kms on a single charge with a 3.5Kw battery and a top speed of 75km/h. Given the country’s increasing EV charging infrastructure, the long-range will alleviate range anxiety. The e-scooters charge quickly with a Micro D Smart Intelligent charger, with the bike charging 80% in 1 hour and taking 3.5 hours to fully charge.
Cruise Control, Combi Brake System, Front and Rear Disc Brakes, GPS, Alloy Wheels, Smart Connectivity, and other features distinguish the EV. Because these e-scooters are customized to the consumer’s liking and style, the delivery period for KICK-EV motorcycles is 45 days. Citrine Yellow, Garnet Red, Iolite Blue, Obsidian Black, Petalite Silver, and Zircon White are among the six dazzling colors offered for the bike. “Smassh” rides on alloy wheels with 120/70-12 (tubeless) front and rear tyres that can withstand tough Indian conditions. The bike is outfitted with strong LED lights that provide the riders with a sense of security.
This collaboration will enable KICK-EV to provide exceptional after-sales support to its customers across the country by utilizing the robust affiliated network of over 58000 garages and local mechanics. Key parts such as the motor, controller, and convertor will be covered under the 5-year guarantee, as will the chassis, drivetrain, and tyres. The e-scooter will be offered in six eye-catching colors. The bike is priced affordably at Rs.1.75lacs inclusive of taxes and a 5-year warranty. KICK-EV, formed in 2015, is an India electric two-wheeler firm that is the EV manufacturing branch of renowned roadside assistance player AUTO i CARE. Since its inception, the garage chain aggregation app has linked with over 58,000 garages in 1100 cities across India.
The company was essential in unifying the unorganized Roadside Assistance market. With the launch of KICK-EV, the company plans to diversify its EV line in 2020, offering new commuter-centric vehicles.
