Ola leads the market for the seventh consecutive month, with 21,308 units in March 2023, a considerable rise over the previous month. This is also the first time Ola has sold 20,000 units in a single month. However, the company claims to have sold over 27,000 S1 e-scooter models.
Televisions: 15,364 units
Ola has a significant advantage over the next top performer on the list, the TVS iQube e-scooter line. TVS has increased its February 2023 unit sales to 12,573 units, and its flagship iQube ST is slated to be on sale soon.

Ather Energy continues to increase its monthly sales figures and has surpassed its February 2023 sales estimates. (10,013 units). While the firm claims 11,354 units were sold in March 2023, the VAHAN portal shows 12,081 registrations.

While Hero Electric improved on its February 2023 sales (5,861 units), these are nowhere near the five-digit figures that the former market leader was averaging just a few months ago. With the elimination of the FAME-II subsidy, the company’s numbers have plummeted.
Okinawa Autotech produced 4,508 units.
Okinawa Autotech, like Hero Electric, had its FAME-II subsidy canceled, resulting in a drop in sales. In March, the company received 4,508 registrations, an increase over the 3,842 units sold in February 2023.
Chetak Technology has a total of 2,342 units.
In March 2023, Bajaj sold 2,342 units of their Chetak electric scooter, a decrease from 1,314 units in February. The company has reduced costs, expanded the selection, and introduced a new variation of the Chetak, which should enhance sales in the coming months. The Chakan-based firm is also in the midst of establishing Chetak-specific showrooms.
