Mahindra XUVe.8
Mahindra might make an electric version of the XUV700, and call it XUVe.8 by the end of 2024. The electric car will look modern and have a new front with no grille, bright lights, and a line of LEDs. The inside will also be changed.
The Mahindra XUVe.8 is expected to be priced between Rs 35 lakh. It has been confirmed that the vehicle will have an 80 kWh battery, dual-motor setup, all-wheel drive, and about 230 PS and 350 Nm of torque from its all-electric drivetrain.
Tata Punch EV
Tata Motors is a good company in India. It will make an electric car called Tata Punch in 2024. The electric Tata Punch will be a small SUV and will start selling in the first three months of next year. The new Punch EV will look different from the old model. It will have new bright lights in the front and back, a bigger screen inside the car, and a better interior. It will have the same electric engine as the Tata Tiago EV.
The Tata Punch EV will have a big battery that can go 315 km on one charge. Tata may also have a smaller battery that can go 250 km on one charge.
The Punch EV could cost between Rs 9.5 lakh and Rs 12.5 lakh.
Tata Altroz EV
The Altroz EV is another EV that Tata Motors plans to introduce. This premium hatchback could also introduce an EV next year, and it is anticipated to share the same powertrain as the Tiago EV and Tata Punch EV. Rumor has it that the company hopes to provide 500 km of range with this premium EV hatchback, which is expected to retail for between Rs 10 and Rs 12.5 lakh.
Tata Curvv EV coupe SUV
The Curvv coupe SUV is the third electric vehicle that Tata Motors will offer in 2024. It is expected to have the same EV drivetrain as the new Nexon EV facelift, but with a higher range of about 500 km on a single full charge. Additionally, reports have indicated that in addition to the electric powertrain, there will be two other powertrain options available to the Curvv EV: a 30 kWh battery pack and a larger 40.5 kWh battery with an expected range of 325 km and 465 km, respectively; additionally, it may have the same V2V (vehicle-to-vehicle) and V2L (vehicle-to-load) charging capabilities as the Nexon EV. The Curvv EV could be priced between Rs 18 and Rs 20lakh.
Citroen C3 Aircross EV
The Citroen C3 Aircross EV, which will go on sale in 2024, is another vehicle from French automaker Citroen. It will likely come with a larger 40 kWh battery pack that can provide a range of approximately 400 km on a single full charge. Since the Citroen C3 Aircross is currently the most reasonably priced compact SUV in India, it is anticipated to be a reasonably priced vehicle, with a price range of Rs 15 to 20 lakh.
