EVJoints Launches App to Simplify EV Charging for Users and Help CPOs Generate Traffic to Their Stations
June 18, 2024 — EV owners often face challenges locating charging stations across different networks, leading to hesitancy in taking their electric vehicles on longer trips. EVJoints is here to change that. Our innovative app lists 6,000 charging stations from 30 leading and emerging networks, offering crucial details such as plug type, charging point supply power, tariff details, and station contact information. This comprehensive data empowers EV users to make informed decisions about where to charge their vehicles.
Enhancing the EV Charging Landscape
Our mission is to create a seamless charging experience by deeply integrating these stations into our platform. With EVJoints, users will soon be able to not only find charging stations but also check their availability and charge their EVs directly through the app. Currently, we are OCPI compliant and have onboarded three Charge Point Operators (CPOs) in Gujarat and Rajasthan, with approximately 200 stations set to reflect real-time availability in the app within a couple of weeks. We are also in advanced discussions with additional CPOs and government officials from two more states who have shown keen interest in joining our platform. Over the next year, we aim to evolve from a simple station locator to a full-fledged EV charging solution.
