Bacancy to Ramp Up Production to 20k DC Charger Power Modules Annually

Bacancy Systems, a Gujarat-based firm, is making significant strides in the electric vehicle (EV) charging sector by initiating the production of 30 kW power modules designed for DC fast chargers. Announcing an ambitious annual production target of 20,000 units, Bacancy aims to cater to the growing demand for efficient and reliable EV charging solutions.

These power modules are engineered to enhance the charging speed of electric vehicles, thereby reducing wait times and making EVs more appealing to the consumer market. Compact in design and equipped with air-cooling features, these modules offer a user-friendly interface that integrates seamlessly with EV charger controllers.

This makes them versatile for various charging applications, including commercial and residential installations.

The manufacturing facility, tailored specifically for these modules, emphasizes Bacancy’s commitment to sustainability and innovation within the EV space. By becoming India’s first manufacturer of these specialized power modules, Bacancy is not only looking to solidify its position in the market but also contribute to the broader goal of a greener tomorrow.

Hardik Sheth, CEO and Co-Founder of Bacancy expressed enthusiasm about this new venture, emphasizing its alignment with global sustainability efforts and its potential to propel the company to the forefront of the EV charging industry. He remarked on the importance of such advancements in fostering an environment-friendly transportation ecosystem, which is crucial in the fight against climate change.

This move by Bacancy is expected to have a positive impact on the EV market, encouraging more consumers to transition to electric vehicles by alleviating some of the common concerns associated with EV charging infrastructure. As the market for electric vehicles continues to expand globally, innovations like these are vital for supporting sustainable transportation solutions.
