New Delhi, 4th December 2025: Incharz (Servotech EV Infra Pvt. Ltd.), India’s leading charge point operator and EV charging infrastructure developer, has announced its collaboration with the Gaurs Group, one of India’s leading real estate developers known for its extensive residential and commercial portfolio. This partnership marks a significant step toward accelerating the growth of EV charging facilities across high-footfall locations of the Gaurs Group in Uttar Pradesh and the National Capital Region (NCR).

Under this association, Incharz and Gaurs Group have jointly identified potential sites to install Public EV charging stations within the space managed and owned by the Gaurs Group. Over the next phase, this network is expected to expand to multiple strategically located sites across key residential, commercial, and mixed-use spaces of the Group. In association with and supported by Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL), Incharz will oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of EV chargers in designated public-access parking zones.

The initiative aims to enhance charging accessibility for EV users while contributing to the region’s clean mobility transition. Additionally, Incharz will offer special discounted charging tariffs across all partnered locations, ensuring that residents, visitors, and commuters benefit from affordable and reliable EV charging services. This partnership reinforces Incharz’s commitment to enabling a seamless EV charging ecosystem across urban clusters.

Commenting on the collaboration, Prem Prakash, CEO of Incharz, said, “Partnering with Gaurs Group is a major milestone in our mission to develop a strong and accessible EV charging network across key urban centres. Deploying chargers at their high-density properties allows us to bring convenient and cost-effective charging closer to people’s daily commute. This is a major development for us in our mission to bring better EV charging infrastructure to our societies and make EV charging more accessible to the public. We look forward to expanding this footprint further with Gaurs Group, and we’re planning to enter more such partnerships to install more Public EV charging stations and support India’s growing EV adoption with dependable, user-friendly charging solutions.”

Ashish Sharma, CEO of Gaurs Group, said, “We are incredibly happy about this collaboration with Incharz. This partnership will open the doors for us to provide our residents with reliable EV charging infrastructure right in the core of our housing societies, supporting the wider push for EV adoption. We couldn’t be happier to choose Incharz as our partner to set up these essential charging stations and look forward to executing more such projects to make our spaces environment-friendly and clean energy-focused.”
