Ola Electric Opens EV Servicing to All with New Hyperservice Platform

Ola Electric Launches Direct Spare Parts Access via App & Website Under Hyperservice Initiative, Redefining EV Servicing by Cutting Dealer Dependence and Empowering Mechanics

In a move set to redefine India’s electric vehicle (EV) service landscape, Ola Electric on Monday announced the expansion of its Hyperservice platform into an open ecosystem, making genuine spare parts, diagnostic tools, and service training modules accessible to independent garages, mechanics, and fleet operators across the country.

The initiative marks a major shift in India’s EV servicing model, empowering third-party service providers to directly access Ola’s certified components and technical know-how — a first for the company. According to Ola Electric, this will help democratise EV maintenance by removing intermediaries and creating a more transparent and cost-efficient service network.

Under the new model, Ola Electric spare parts can now be purchased directly through the company’s customer app and website. This first phase focuses on essential parts, while the next phase — expected later this quarter — will introduce diagnostic tools and technician certification programmes to further enhance accessibility.


“We have built our service ecosystem from first principles, using technology to make it fast, transparent, and efficient. With the Hyperservice scale-up, we are opening this capability to everyone,” said Bhavish Aggarwal, Chairman and Managing Director, Ola Electric.

By opening up its service ecosystem, Ola aims to challenge the traditional dealer-centric model, enabling customers and mechanics to connect directly with its supply chain. The company said this approach will reduce servicing costs, enhance transparency, and boost trust among EV owners.Beyond customer convenience, the Hyperservice initiative also seeks to empower local mechanics. Independent garages will now be able to self-train, gain Ola certification, and upskill in EV technology — paving the way for a new generation of EV-ready technicians and strengthening India’s growing electric mobility ecosystem.
