Wardwizard and Ampvolts Collaborate to Build India's EV Charging Network

Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility Limited, a leading Indian electric vehicle manufacturer, and Ampvolts Limited, a prominent Charge Point Operator (CPO), have announced a strategic partnership to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in India and international markets. The collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), aims to establish a robust EV charging infrastructure.

The strategic partnership between Wardwizard and Ampvolts is poised to revolutionize the EV landscape in India. Key points of the collaboration include:

  • Joint Development of Charging Infrastructure: The two companies will work together to identify strategic locations for setting up charging stations across the country.
  • Supply of Advanced Charging Equipment: Ampvolts will provide state-of-the-art charging equipment, including AC and DC chargers, along with customized software solutions for efficient payment and monitoring.
  • Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) Solutions: Ampvolts will offer innovative BaaS solutions to Wardwizard’s B2B clients, providing flexible and cost-effective battery options.
