This latest addition is designed primarily for B2B operations, catering to livelihood-centric individuals and those involved in the gig economy. The BH1M is a cost-effective and agile option for gig workers and businesses engaged in hyper-local deliveries and urban freight.
The BH1M is engineered to deliver with a maximum speed of 55 kmph and can cover up to 120 km on a single charge, coupled with a leading ground clearance of 160 mm. This model is priced competitively, offering features like GPS, onboard navigation, Bluetooth, and OTA updates, positioning it as a strong alternative to models such as the e-Luna.
Tushaar Bajaj, Co-Founder and Director of Virtus Motors, highlighted the increasing demand within India’s booming gig economy for dependable and economical electric vehicles designed for delivery and ride-sharing applications. “The BH1M is built to fulfill these requirements, providing sufficient power, range, and cargo capacity essential for the mobility of gig workers,” he stated.

It features a LED instrument cluster for easy monitoring of critical metrics, and its robust suspension system—including a telescopic front and a hydraulic shock-absorbing swing arm at the rear—ensures a smooth ride. With three drive modes (Eco, City, Power), the BH1M allows riders to tailor their driving experience based on their needs. Its 16″ steel rims and drum brakes ensure both durability and safety.
Additional advanced features include an Anti-theft Alert System, Geo-Fencing, Mobile App Integration, Reverse Mode, and Periodic Maintenance Alerts, enhancing its functionality and user experience.
Headquartered in Faridabad, Haryana, Virtus Motors stands dedicated to developing high-quality, accessible electric cycles and two-wheelers using cutting-edge technology and research, with a strong focus on environmental sustainability.
