Building a Robust Charging Ecosystem

TPREL, a leading player in the Indian renewable energy sector, brings its expertise in developing and managing extensive EV charging networks to the table. Under this agreement, TPREL will establish a robust charging infrastructure at key locations, including Tivolt dealerships, customer locations, and high-traffic public spaces. This will ensure easy access to charging for commercial EV owners, empowering them to seamlessly integrate electric vehicles into their operations.

Leveraging Existing Expertise

TPREL has a proven track record in deploying EV charging solutions across India. The company has already installed over 200 customized charging stations for other OEMs in more than 100 cities, including major metropolitan areas like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Pune, and Kochi. This experience will be invaluable in designing and implementing a comprehensive charging network for Tivolt’s customers.

Driving Sustainable Solutions

Furthermore, TPREL will explore the integration of solar energy systems to power Tivolt dealerships and customer locations. This innovative approach will not only reduce the carbon footprint but also lower the cost of charging for consumers, making electric vehicle ownership more affordable and sustainable. This aligns with TPREL’s commitment to promoting renewable energy solutions and accelerating India’s transition to a cleaner energy future.

Key Quotes

“This partnership with Tata Power is a crucial step in our journey towards widespread electric vehicle adoption,” said Saju Nair, CEO of Tivolt. “By collaborating with a leading player in the EV charging space, we can ensure that our customers have access to reliable and convenient charging solutions, making the transition to electric vehicles seamless and hassle-free.”

Deepesh Nanda, CEO and Managing Director of TPREL, emphasized the importance of this partnership in driving the adoption of commercial EVs: “Through our collaboration with Tivolt, we are expanding our EV charging network to cater specifically to the needs of the small and commercial vehicle segment, which plays a vital role in India’s economy. A robust and well-integrated EV ecosystem will not only accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles but also contribute significantly to India’s energy transition.”

Tivolt’s Vision for the Future

Tivolt, beyond being a manufacturer, aims to create a comprehensive ecosystem for electric vehicle owners. This includes not only providing innovative and reliable vehicles but also offering robust charging infrastructure and exceptional customer service. The company’s focus on small and light commercial vehicles, under the Montra Electric brand, will cater to the evolving needs of businesses and contribute to a more sustainable transportation landscape.
