A Year of Growth and Innovation: Maxwell Energy Systems in FY 2024-25

FY 2024-25 has been a transformative and progressive year for Maxwell Energy Systems. As a subsidiary of Endurance Technologies, we continue to push the boundaries of advanced electronics for the electric vehicle industry. This year, we strengthened our position by expanding our product offerings and reinforcing our commitment to delivering comprehensive, tailored solutions for our clients.

We have always been a leader in advanced electronics for EVs and other electric machines, offering both off-the-shelf products and custom solutions. As a one-stop shop, we cater to all advanced electronics needs under one roof, providing cutting-edge technology for a wide range of applications. Our expertise spans across 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, 4-wheelers, L3 and L5 category vehicles, and extends beyond automotive to drones, industrial equipment, and Energy Storage Systems (ESS).

This year marked the successful launch of three significant products, reflecting our focus on innovation and adaptability:

1. Microcontroller Unit (MCU): Our new MCU is designed for enhanced performance and efficiency. With improved processing capabilities and advanced safety features, it offers precise control over vehicle operations, enabling smoother and more reliable electric mobility solutions.

2. IoT Solutions: As the demand for connected vehicles grows, we introduced advanced IoT solutions that provide real-time data monitoring, remote diagnostics, and fleet management capabilities. This enhances operational efficiency and enables predictive maintenance, reducing downtime and optimizing performance.

3. DC-DC Converter: Our DC-DC converter is engineered for high efficiency and compact integration, meeting the growing need for robust power management in electric vehicles. It ensures seamless energy transfer, improving overall system reliability and performance.

A major milestone for Maxwell this year has been the successful deployment of over 120,000 Battery Management Systems (BMS). This achievement highlights not only the reliability and scalability of our technology but also the trust that OEMs and electric mobility leaders place in our products. Our BMS continues to set industry standards with 300+ configuration parameters, a highly efficient MOSFET-based PDU, and advanced SoX algorithms that optimize battery performance and safety.

This year, we have taken on 8 new projects with both major new clients and existing clients, further solidifying our position as a trusted provider of advanced electronics solutions. These collaborations span a variety of applications, from electric vehicles to industrial and energy storage sectors, reinforcing our ability to deliver customized solutions that meet diverse industry needs.

This year, we successfully deployed the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) from Endurance Technologies, enhancing our processes and aligning with best practices. We also established an in-house facility, further strengthening our ability to deliver high-quality, advanced electronics with greater efficiency and control.

Looking Ahead

Our journey doesn’t stop here. As we move forward, we’re proud to play a key role in accelerating India’s electric revolution under the PM e-Drive scheme. Our advanced BMS, Portable Chargers, MCU, TCU, and DC-DC solutions are designed to meet the growing demand for efficient, reliable, and scalable EV infrastructure. With localized design, in-house manufacturing, and tailored solutions—we deliver everything under one roof to drive the future of electric mobility.

We remain committed to advancing the future of electric mobility through localized design and development, in-house manufacturing capabilities, and a relentless focus on meeting the evolving needs of our partners. With a robust aftermarket and warranty infrastructure, we ensure that our solutions are not only innovative but also reliable and service-ready.

FY 2024-25 was a year of growth, and the road ahead looks even more promising. With new products in the pipeline and a focus on delivering tailored advanced electronics, Maxwell Energy Systems is leading the charge in shaping the future of electric mobility.
