Bounce Infinity Teams Up With BaaYu To Boost EV Adoption In Assam
Bounce Infinity, a prominent player in the electric scooter market-based in Bengaluru, has unveiled a strategic alliance with BaaYu, an EV Bike-Taxi endeavor by Bikozee Ecotech Pvt. Ltd., in collaboration with the Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC).
This venture aims to bolster the presence of electric vehicles (EVs) in Assam, representing a significant stride in Bounce Infinity’s mission to enhance the accessibility and efficiency of electric transportation throughout India.
In this partnership, Bounce Infinity has furnished more than 100 scooters to augment BaaYu’s fleet and will facilitate the establishment of a private, localized battery-swapping network exclusively accessible to BaaYu.
Vivekananda H, CEO of Bounce Infinity, reiterated the company’s dedication to tackling transportation hurdles in cities like Guwahati, especially amidst infrastructure enhancements and workforce expansion. This collaboration underscores the pivotal role of public-private partnerships in nurturing innovative and sustainable urban mobility models in India.
Bounce Infinity has introduced a distinctive service model tailored to assist fleet operators with dependable electric scooters, doorstep maintenance, and float batteries, thereby minimizing downtime for maintenance and ensuring seamless business operations. This strategy harnesses Bounce Infinity’s proficiency in fleet management to deliver cutting-edge support.
Sumit Das, CEO of Bikozee Ecotech, accentuated the partnership’s significance in championing sustainability in Assam and enhancing transportation convenience for commuters. Moreover, the collaboration aims to generate 5,000 job opportunities for driver-partners in Assam.
Aligned with NITI Aayog’s Shoonya Zero pollution mobility campaign, the “Baayu – Clean Air Movement” initiative endeavors to ameliorate air quality and public health in Assam by integrating electric vehicles into the transportation and logistics sectors. Bounce Infinity, with its burgeoning dealership network nationwide, actively contributes to the transition towards eco-friendly and economical transport solutions.
