Rap Eco Motors Unveils E-RAJA: A New Era of Electric Mobility

Hyderabad, India: Rap Eco Motors, a subsidiary of the ARD Group, has unveiled its latest electric three-wheeler, the E-RAJA, in both passenger and cargo variants. This cutting-edge vehicle is set to redefine urban mobility and contribute to a greener future.

Key Features of the E-RAJA:

  • Performance: The E-RAJA boasts a top speed of 50 kmph and a range of 120-140 km on a single charge.
  • Powertrain: The vehicle is powered by an 8 kW/150 Ah battery pack, which can be fully charged in just 3 hours.
  • Flexibility: The E-RAJA offers a battery swapping option for added convenience.
  • Customization: The cargo version can be customized into a versatile pick-up van to suit various needs.

Manufacturing Excellence:

Rap Eco Motors operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Cherlapally, Hyderabad. With a production capacity exceeding 500 electric autos per month, the company is well-positioned to meet the growing demand for sustainable transportation solutions.

Regulatory Compliance:

The E-RANIE (L3 version) is certified by the Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI), while the E-RAJA (L5 version) has received certification from NATRAX – National Automotive Test Tracks. This ensures that both vehicles adhere to the highest safety and quality standards.

The launch of the E-RAJA is supported by the Centre for Energy Studies – ASCI, which is actively working towards the development of Telangana Mobility Valley (TMV). This initiative, led by the Telangana government, aims to establish the state as a global hub for electric vehicle manufacturing and adoption.

With the introduction of the E-RAJA, Rap Eco Motors is poised to drive the adoption of electric mobility in India and contribute to a cleaner and greener future.
