A Green Initiative for Sustainable Travel

This groundbreaking initiative aims to provide a seamless and eco-conscious travel experience. The electric taxi service will be operational seven days a week<\b>, ensuring convenient and timely transportation for all passengers.

A Multi-Channel Approach for Easy Booking

To make the service accessible to a wide range of travelers, Mahindra Logistics Mobility will offer multiple booking channels, including a dedicated mobile app, a user-friendly website, a reliable call center, and strategic partnerships with airlines. Additionally, airport kiosks will be available for on-site bookings, providing flexibility and convenience for passengers.

Premium Service and Enhanced Passenger Experience

The electric taxi service will offer premium pickup and drop-off facilities located directly at the arrival and departure kerbs, minimizing walking distances and maximizing passenger comfort.

Christoph Schnellmann, CEO of Noida International Airport, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, stating, “This first-of-its-kind airport-branded cab service will set a new benchmark for passenger convenience and environmental responsibility. This partnership is also a testament to our commitment to providing a best-in-class passenger experience, from the moment they arrive at the airport to the moment they depart for their destination.”

Safety, Efficiency, and Customer Satisfaction

Mahindra Logistics Mobility is committed to delivering a safe, efficient, and customer-centric service. Drivers will undergo rigorous training to ensure adherence to airport protocols and exceptional customer service standards. The fleet will be dynamically managed to optimize service availability and minimize wait times, based on real-time passenger demand and flight schedules. Additionally, a robust feedback mechanism will be implemented to continuously monitor and improve service quality.

A Vision for the Future

As Noida International Airport embarks on its journey to become a major aviation hub, this partnership with Mahindra Logistics Mobility aligns with its vision of sustainable and passenger-centric operations. With a planned capacity to handle 70 million passengers annually upon completion of all four development phases, the airport is poised to transform air travel in the region.
